Booking Information
How to Book First you will need to call us, to check availability for the ride and dates you have in mind, or make an agreement with us.
Then we will send you a booking form, doing this, we will confirm availability.
Now we will hold you a place for ten days, to allow you time to complete the form and return it to us with your deposit - 20% of the trip cost. Please complete the form accurately.
Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will send you a confirmation invoice to confirm your booking.
We will also send you details of what to take with you, local contact names and information on health and visas.
The balance payable for your trip can be done in Iran before your start.

Booking Conditions Your booking is accepted by us on the basis of our terms and conditions which also cover your cancellation rights.
Safety when Riding We advise everyone joining a riding trip organized through us to wear a hard hat. This is for your own safety. Generally there will be no hard hats to borrow so you will need to take your own.
